- Business K-Exchange (595 euros)

The establishment receives:

- 2 one gram gold bullion of 999.9 / 1000 purity each.

- 10 Bonus Cards with a value of 5 euros each, to create customer loyalty.

- 5 Bonus Cards with a value of 10 euros each, to create customer loyalty.

I have a business establishment and would like to become part of the free K-Exchange Center Network.  I realize I will not receive the full K-Exchange marketing benefit Package, (as with the paid version) but could I purchase the bonus cards separately?

Yes, you may order your choice of items under the Purchase Product tab in your back office to suit your business needs. 

What are the advantages of the paid version of the K-Exchange Network?

We believe there are many advantages to choose the paid versions of the K Exchange Centers.  The primary advantage is your business obtains a position in the Dual System pay plan.   You will earn either 15% or 25% direct commission dependent upon which package you choose within the  K-Exchange  and also either  60 € or 80 €  for each cycle completed in your dual team network.  You also earn commissions in the Unilevel system, as well as receive advertising for your business in the global K-Exchange directory.  You also have the opportunity to load up to 10 photos relevant to your company and/or products. 

My K-Exchange pack includes a fixed amount of bonus/ discount cards ... When I deplete my supply, can I buy more?

- Yes, you can purchase what you wish in denominations of 5, 10, 25 and 50 euros bonus cards & 3% discount and 100 euros discount cards.

As a K-Exchange Center, am I allowed to sell Karatbars direct from my inventory and who is responsible for the shipping fee if necessary?

- Yes, you are free to sell Karatbars from your inventory.   Shipping fees should be determined prior to purchase and in writing between the K-Exchange & the customer.

Does Karatbars supply invoices in order for me to present them as business expenses?

- Yes, Karatbars will supply invoices for every purchase you make.  Seek guidance from your tax professional in regard to tax benefits.

Can I use the bonus / discount cards that I have purchased and exchange them for gold?

- Yes, you can exchange your bonus / discount cards for gold. 

If a client comes to me to exchange their gold to paper money, will Karatbars purchase the gold from my inventory at the price I paid for it?

-Yes, Karatbars will honor the daily sell price which you paid for the gold as a K-Exchange Center.   Karatbars will also pay you an additional 2% over this amount as set forth in the K-Exchange Agreement.

I am an affiliate.  Can I talk to establishments to offer them the opportunity to join the K-Exchange network?

- Yes, absolutely!   If you share Karatbars with the shops in your area, you will be offering them something very beneficial for their current customers and a smart way to obtain new customers.  By adding more businesses in your area, you will also receive the benefits in your own Dual System network.  You can earn commissions and units from each company you refer and their production. More importantly is that when a potential customer asks you where else they can exchange their gold for money you are you going to be able to say which stores you have in the area, giving your customer the possibility to exchange their gold for paper money anytime.

I am a free affiliate...Can I also refer a business or establishment and have them join my network?

- Yes, of course you may, but remember that as free member you cannot earn from the Dual System.  You will however earn a small percentage of the gold purchases in the Unilevel system.

As a free K-Exchange Center, can I also offer my products and services to customers in exchange for gold?

 Yes, as we said before, the free K-Exchange Center has all the benefits of the other K-Exchange Centers; the only difference is the amount of money you can earn.

What must I do to join the K-Exchange Centers network?

- Very simple, the first thing is to reach out to a  Karatbars Affiliate to create your own Karatbars account.  Once you create your online affiliate account with Karatbars International, scroll over  the area "Profile" in your back office  and then click on “Karatbars Acceptance Center."  In this area, you must complete the form and upload an image of your establishment and a business registration for your company.

I'm self-employed, a professional and do not have a physical establishment... Can I join the K-Exchange Center network?

- Yes, you can without any problem and continue to receive all the benefits of the K-Exchange system. You may exchange your services for Karatbars gold.  You will also be added to the K-Exchange directory where you are welcome to list the services you offer.

I am a customer of a K-Exchange Center and have received several bonus /discount cards, what should I do to exchange them for gold?

- If you do not have a Karatbars account, simply ask the owner of the K-Exchange Center who introduced you to Karatbars, for his or hers Karatbars International online affiliate link.   You will then create a free Karatbars online account.  Once you have your Karatbars account, you will need to upload your KYC documents to adhere to International “Know Your Customer” laws. (Government issued photo ID & proof of address) Please allow 24 hours for your documents to be approved.

 Upon approval of your documents you may log into your Karatbars Back Office.  Select “Product Purchase” and choose the products you wish to purchase.  During the checkout you will enter the codes from the back of the bonus /discount card.  Once you have entered the code, the discount will be applied to your purchase.

I am a K-Exchange Center.  How do I help my customers obtain a Karatbars account in order for them to exchange their discount cards?

- Very simple, we recommend you print out an easy step-by-step instruction guide explaining the registration process which allows your customer to register in the privacy of their own home.  Please remember to list your affiliate link within the instructions.   If time is not factor, you may help your customer register their own account at your place of business.

A customer of my K-Exchange Center would like to become an affiliate of Karatbars in order to earn more money, what should I do?

- Give them a copy of your written instructions where they may register their own free Karatbars account. You will need to supply them with your affiliate link so that they can complete the process.   Once registered, the new affiliate will need to provide documents to meet the International KYC requirements.   After the affiliates documents have been approved, they can start earning commissions.  Your business will also earn units which will create cycle bonuses from your affiliate’s production.

I want to exchange my bonus gold cards, do I have to pay for gold?

-No, you may purchase your gold with your bonus cards.    You will, however, need to pay shipping fees when you request delivery...

I’m a client of many K-Exchange Centers… Do I need to have an account with each one of them?

-No, you can only have one Karatbars account.  You can exchange all your cards for gold regardless of which exchange center you obtained them from.

I have an online shop… Can I also be a K-Exchange Center?

-Yes, you can join the K-Exchange network and give bonus /  discount cards to your clients in order to build loyalty.
